Backstory:

Alex grew up in the New Chicago metrozone, where he spent most of life. Shortly after completing his education, Alex signed on with the Imperial Police and was shipped out to Mars. Reportedly his reason for joining was "to go places and see things", but he ended up seeing more than he would have liked. While he gained valuable experience in his few clashes with the forming rebellion, it was far from his calling. Off-duty, he spent much of his time repairing and making minor improvements to his squad's HERCs. It was during this time that he developed his signature piloting style of charging ahead to break enemy formations, earning him the callsign "Stormtrooper" among his peers.

Alex's efforts did not go unnoticed. He was allowed an early transfer to a position with the TDF back on Earth, a relief as tensions steadily grew on Mars. As he eventually made his way up in rank, he was allowed to work more freely in research and development. It was through his research position that he caught the attention of a high-ranking officer named Trent "Sentinal" Eptusen. Having seen Alex's potential in the material research field, he extended an offer to Alex to join a top secret organization known only by the codename "Blue Darkness". Intrigued, Alex accepted the offer and was promptly whisked away to a remote location on Titan where he discovered a new home among these so-called "men in black".

Accomplishments:
  • Specializing in advanced materials, Stormtrooper introduced new alloys and composites used in many of MIB's vehicles, armors, and weapons.
  • He played a part in the development of a new missile system utilizing gravitic blast propulsion. Its high velocity proved unusually effective against cybrid countermeasures, often striking its target before it could even be detected by sensors.
